Utility Optics, Inc. was established by Horace and Lou Ellen Blackmon in April, 2006. Our jet and vacuum services are available 24 hours a day for emergency calls, for sewer and storm drain spills, and clogs. Our territory includes all of North and South Carolina, and we will also travel to neighboring states.
